How refund requests are handled for digital credits, subscriptions, unlocks, and other paid access on IPU ki Paathshala.

IPU ki Paathshala provides digital credits, subscriptions, unlocks, downloads, notes, practicals, and learning tools. Because access can be delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once credits, subscription access, or unlock access has been delivered or used.
We may review refund requests only in limited cases where a clear payment or purchase issue occurred.
Refund requests must be emailed within 7 days of the payment date. Requests sent after this period may be rejected unless required otherwise by applicable law or payment gateway rules.
Email us with your account email, payment date, purchase type, amount, Razorpay order ID or payment ID if available, and a short explanation of the issue. We may ask for additional information to verify the transaction.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. We review platform records, Razorpay/payment status, delivery status, account activity, credit usage, subscription access, unlock records, and fraud-prevention signals before deciding.
Approved refunds will be sent to the original Razorpay or payment method where feasible. Depending on Razorpay, bank, card, UPI, or wallet timelines, approved refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear after processing.
If a refund is approved, we may remove the related credits, subscription access, unlock access, downloads, or other paid benefits from your account. If credits were already spent, the refunded amount may be reduced or the request may be rejected.
If a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal is raised through a bank, UPI provider, card network, wallet, or Razorpay, we may pause account access while the issue is reviewed and resolved.
We may update this Refund Policy as payment flows, credit packages, subscriptions, or platform features change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
