IPU ki Paathshala is operated by Ansh Sharma as an individual operator. These Terms of Service apply when you access or use our website, accounts, dashboards, study materials, notes, PYQs, practicals, downloads, credits, subscriptions, and related learning tools.

2. Eligibility And Guardian Consent

If you are under 18 years of age, you should use IPU ki Paathshala only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the platform, you confirm that you can legally agree to these terms or that you have the required guardian consent.

3. No University Affiliation

IPU ki Paathshala is an independent educational platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, GGSIPU, IP University, or any affiliated college.

4. Educational Content

Our content is provided for learning, revision, and exam-preparation support. Notes, videos, solutions, practicals, dashboards, and explanations may contain mistakes, omissions, outdated references, or interpretation differences.

Students should verify important academic information with official university syllabi, notices, textbooks, teachers, and exam instructions before relying on it.

5. Accounts And Security

• You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account.
• You should keep your login details secure and should not share paid access, account sessions, downloads, or unlocked content with others.
• We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if an account is used for abuse, scraping, unauthorized sharing, payment fraud, security attacks, or violations of these terms.

6. Paid Credits, Subscriptions, And Unlocks

Paid credits, subscriptions, and unlocks grant access according to the plan, package, duration, content, and conditions displayed at the time of purchase. Prices, features, durations, and availability may change over time.

Access to digital content is delivered through the platform. Some content may require an active account, internet access, supported browser features, or device storage for downloads/offline use.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because IPU ki Paathshala provides digital access, credits, subscriptions, and unlocks, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered or used, except for the limited cases described in the Refund Policy.

8. User And Admin Uploaded Content

If you upload, submit, save, publish, or provide notes, sketches, annotations, PDFs, images, audio, lectures, comments, or other materials, you grant IPU ki Paathshala permission to host, store, process, reproduce, display, stream, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the platform.

You must not upload content that you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or violates someone else rights.

9. Copyright And Takedown Requests

If you believe content on IPU ki Paathshala infringes your copyright or other rights, email us with the content URL, a description of the issue, proof of ownership or authority, and your contact details. We may remove or restrict disputed content while reviewing the request.

10. Prohibited Use

• Do not copy, resell, redistribute, scrape, mass-download, leak, or publicly share premium content without permission.
• Do not bypass access controls, tamper with payments, abuse credits, exploit bugs, attack the platform, or interfere with other users.
• Do not use the platform to upload malware, spam, illegal content, or content that violates privacy, copyright, or academic integrity rules.

11. Platform Availability

We try to keep the platform useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be changed, paused, removed, or limited for maintenance, security, cost, legal, payment, or product reasons.

12. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, IPU ki Paathshala and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, academic, exam, device, data, payment gateway, or platform-availability losses arising from use of the service.

13. Governing Law And Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts and appropriate forums in Delhi, India will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

14. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as the platform changes. Continued use of IPU ki Paathshala after updates means you accept the updated terms.
